All kinds of changes can be made on the existing wallpapers. After contacting us and learning about your wishes, we ask you for the photo of the wall to be applied and the Width x Length dimensions. The visual version of the design that will be created according to your wishes will be sent to you. We will send you a secure payment link based on your confirmation. After the payment, the wallpapers will be printed. These processes take approximately 2-3 business days.
Product orders can be canceled within 2 hours, but products longer than 2 hours cannot be canceled because they are specially printed for you. Our company is not responsible in cases such as wrong measurement notification, wrong master application.

Prints will be rolled up and placed in a specially manufactured and protected cylindrical box, and will be carefully packed to prevent damage from water and similar liquids.

After the payment, the design work will be started with the approval of the pedagogue and the drawings will be sent to you during the design process and after your approval, the wallpapers will be printed. In general, this process can take up to 2 weeks.

Getting the Wall Size Correctly:
The Width x Length dimensions of the wall to be wallpapered should be reported to us very carefully, without rounding the dimensions even 1-2 cm. Because we will custom print our wallpapers exactly according to your wall. We print 5 cm larger from each corner for wall crookedness and similar situations, but it is still very important that you report the exact dimensions. When taking measurements, the gap between the skirting board and the plaster board, if any, should be measured.
